 to achieve the following functionalities:
- Create a new XMXF file or open an existing XMXF file for editing
- Save the changes made to the XMXF file.
- Add, rename or delete J1939 messages and configure their details
- Add, rename or delete J1939 parameters and configure their details
- Display the messages and parameters in a Tree like hierarchy
- Display the user events and application error
- Display the summary of the messages to the user
- Export the XMXF file to CBF format
- Import a CBF file into XMXF format.
